A New Year Update at Sharla’s: Equipment Is Here, Upstairs Seating, and Fresh Bakery Deliveries!

If you’ve been following along on our social media, you’ve probably seen a steady stream of updates — and we’re excited to share a bigger shop update all in one place.

A lot is changing at Sharla’s right now (in the best way). Our goal is simple: keep serving the coffee you love, keep you in the loop, and keep building a space that feels even better to visit.

Equipment is coming in now

The big news: our equipment is coming in now. You’ll start seeing more movement behind the scenes as things arrive, get set up, and we begin putting the next phase of the shop together.

Seating update: primarily upstairs

As part of these changes, you’ll also notice a shift in how our seating is set up.

Going forward, seating will be primarily upstairs. We’re making this change so the flow of the shop works better day-to-day and so we can create a more comfortable, consistent space for you to hang out, catch up with a friend, or get a little work done with your latte.

(And yes — we’ll keep sharing updates as things come together.)

Bakery update: we’re loving the fresh Fosdal’s deliveries

While we continue moving toward bringing more in-house, we’ve been loving the fresh delivery options from Fosdal’s. It’s been a great way to keep delicious treats in the case while we keep building.

We’re fully moved out — and cheering on Hattie & Elsie

Another big milestone: we are 100% moved out, and it feels so good to be settled and moving forward.

And we’re genuinely happy to see Hattie & Elsie expanding and moving in. We love seeing local businesses grow, and we’re excited to watch their next chapter unfold.
